As Israel faces growing challenges to democratic norms, social cohesion, and equal representation,  women remain severely underrepresented across all spheres of power - in government, local and  municipal authorities, the private sector, and the workplace. This exclusion perpetuates discrimination  in legislation, resource allocation, and wages, and weakens responses to gender-based violence.
